Deputy Secretary General
Ahmet ÖZKAN He was born on July 22, 1975 in Bahçe district of Osmaniye. He graduated from Adana Lütfiye Kısacık Primary School, Adana Gazi Secondary School and Adana Çukurova Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Computer Department, respectively. He graduated from Marmara University Technical Education Faculty, Department of Electronics and Computer Education in 1999. In 2021, he completed his master’s degree with thesis at Kültür University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Management and Planning. In 1999, he started his first teaching job at Muğla Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School as an Electronics teacher. In 2004, he was appointed to İzmir Güzelbahçe Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Between 2005 and 2011, he worked at İzmir Mazhar Zorlu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Industrial Automation Technologies Area Teacher Training Center. In 2012, he was appointed as a teacher at İSOV Dinçkök Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Beşiktaş district. He worked as Deputy Principal at the same school between 2015-2017. He was appointed as Deputy Principal of Küçükçekmece Special Education Vocational School on August 10, 2018. On September 7, 2020, he started working as the School Principal at Hadımköy Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Arnavutköy district. He served as Branch Manager at Arnavutköy District Directorate of National Education between 15 January 2023 and 15 June 2023. He retired from his position on July 25, 2023. During his tenure, he represented the Ministry of National Education by participating in international projects, trainings and meetings in many countries. He started his duty at the Machinery Manufacturers Association as Deputy Secretary General as of September 14, 2023.
